At Ink & Mouse, every project and product is created with great care and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings—including digital designs, creative services, and print-on-demand products—please review the following policies before purchase.
Digital Products
All digital product sales (including but not limited to templates, branding kits, downloadable PDFs, and digital assets) are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, I cannot issue a return or refund.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a digital product, feel free to contact me prior to checkout.
Creative Services
All service-based work—including branding, website design, or consulting—requires a signed agreement and is non-refundable once work has begun. Payment plans may be available for larger service packages, and terms will be outlined in your proposal. If you choose to pause or discontinue a service mid-project, no refund will be given for work already completed or reserved studio time.
Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand items (like mugs, t-shirts, or stationery) are custom-printed and made to order. As such, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. I’ll work with our print provider to resolve the issue or issue a replacement if appropriate.
